We give a 30 day satifaction guarantee. This does not included shipping charges. If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at 1-888-782-7542 from 8-5MST 7 Days A Week or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit.
Shipping
Continental US Ground: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-8 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Continental US 3-Day: We will expedite your order to be delivered within 3-4 business days after your order is received, if item is in-stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if item is out-of-stock (usually 24-48 hours).
